3D Christmas Cards

Hi There, It's such a busy time of year - but I finally got chance to play with Kaisercraft Glisten Collection; so elegant and lovely to use for all sorts of Christmas crafts. But you could create these 3D cards using any paper you have in your stash.

Using  those wooden trays that chipboard is often sold in, I created these 2 3D Christmas cards, that can be used as wall hangings or door greetings.

I had such fun creating them, and I think they just make a change to give your loved ones something they can keep.

I also used a whole heap of Prima flowers from my stash.

Love that Black, gold and red colour combo.

I'm nearly on track now for Christmas - just 6 sleeps to go !!!

Vintage masculine LO

Hi everyone,
I have been MIA - I've had a lot of stuff going on at home and work but  today I'm back with a vintage inspired layout, using Kaisercraft Barber Shop; this collection is perfect for those masculine vintage projects. The colours work so well with sepia and black and white photos.

12 x 12 Vintage LO

All the bits and bobs from the collections always with Kaisercraft work seamlessly together, so I quickly had my Layout. I added some stencilling and sponging, as well as some splattered and we are all done.

Boho Dreams

I am still in love with this Kaisercraft collection Boho Dreams, its pretty, savy and just a little hippy.

Today, I'm sharing a 12 x 12 scrapbook page.

To jazz it up and to add to the boho feel I also used the new Color Burst powders from Ken Oliver- I love these too ! so easy to use and the colours are popping bright. I will definitely be getting more of these.

Mermaid Layout

Hi, while many are shopping it up and having heaps of crafty fun at Senz, some of us are doing the same at home.
Just a quick 12 x12 layout to share today, made using the delicious soft feminine Kaisercraft Mermaid Tails .
So much prettiness to choose from in the collection.

This page was super quick to do, by using the matching die cuts and stickers, layering them with foam tape- easy peasy.

Have a great weekend- creating wherever you are.

Hi, I feel like its been ages since I blogged, life can get so busy for us all, today I'm sharing a 12 x 12 Layout using Kaisercraft Coastal Escape, the Summer hols seem so long ago now; so feels great to share the memories.

Coastal Escape

Starting wth a plain Bazzil cardstock, I've added some 6 x 6 Coastal Escape papers and some stencilling, paint splatters and bling highlight details; to break up the space.

Stencilling, paint and bling details

Finally I added some of the lovely Prima French Riviera flowers.

Turquoise Delight

Sea Breeze 12 x 12 LO

Sharing a  layout today , I have to say I just love the colours of the Sea Breeze Kaisercraft Collection- so on trend and perfect for lots of different types of Layouts and projects.

close up

On the cardstock, I used Bo Bunny texture glitter paste, with a stencil- it gives great texture and detail interest to the plain cardstock.
I also used Finnabair's micro beads all over the place... :-) I love these little beads, again great way to add interest, bling and make your layout unique.

I've then mixed flat flower die cuts, with paper flowers and metal flowers and bits and bobs, I also added a felt butterfly.

Finally I flicked some of my new fav paint- H2O watercolour twinkles- these paints are just rich in colour and sparkle.

I really loved creating this layout- lots of fun was had.
Thanks for looking today, until next time

Butterflies

Unity Butterfly  Girl

I've been having lots of inky fun, with my new watercolour powder paints, you can create quick easy funky backgrounds with these in an instance.

I've created the background and the stamped the girl separately and coloured her using twinkling H2O watercolour paints.
I'm entering Butterfly girl over at Fashionable Stamping where the theme is butterflies, lots of inspiration from the DT and entries :-)

Tag Book

Today I'm sharing with you a tag book I've created for an English colleague returning to the UK.

close up of front cover

I added lots of travel and kiwi details.  Inside I've decorated the tags by sponging with Distress Inks, stencils and sparkly watercolour paints.

I left enough room for people to leave their farewell wishes, and I included a few photos of his time with us; everyone loved it.

My first Pocket Letter

Today I'd like to share with you my first ever pocket letter. I made it for  Ink Stained Roni's   Pocket Letter swap, I hadn't heard of them before. But let me tell you they are so much fun to create and receive!

I went all inky for this one, I had so much fun.

Basically for those who haven't created one before, its like 9 ATC's either with a connecting theme or not.

It was such fun to pull out all my lady stamps and have a play.

Then once you've done that- you fill the back pockets with goodies and then wrap it up!

Such Fun!!!
