It's my turn to choose our theme over at Craft Room Challenge and I'm confessing to being a hopeless romantic, I love everything about Roses and feel they epitomise all the good stuff in Love.

Challenges: I'm going to enter this over at the current Crafty Individuals Challenge: Natures' Beauty- a bit of a stretch- lol- but the lady is sure a natural beauty and roses are one of natures most beautiful scented flowers.

Floriculture Country Style

Over at Rogue Redhead Design Stamps we are celebrating the Floriculture stamp set. For my card today I've gone all country :-) and I love how its turned out.

Steampunk woman

I had a lot of inky painty fun creating this tag, I've sprayed and painted the background using a honeycomb stencil. I've dry embossed the cogs and highlights them with gold acrylic paint. Also some tissue tape highlights.

I've then stamped the woman and the boot from Rogue Redhead Design Stamps Winter Women, and  the sentiment is from This N That.

She's a pretty versatile kind of girl, isn't she!

I've used Distress inks and acrylic paint to create both my background and the colouring of the stamps, I wanted to create a tag that was soft and feminine.
