My Secret Word is;
SOMETHING

Here is the Blog Hop Rotation

What fun- my first Gecko Galz Blog Hop :-) Here are my samples made using your free sheet. Scroll down to download the sheet.

For this cute little gift box, I've used all Stampin' Up! Products I just love their gift box die- it's so easy to create gorgeous gifts. To make it extra pretty I've also added some glitter to the butterfly wings. The friend stamp is called Mixed Medley also from Stampin' Up!   I think this butterfly collage is just beautiful and so versatile.

I created the little bird frame by using Stampin' Up!  Designer Frames embossing Folder, these little folders are perfect for framing little images. I added some shimmer paint to the frame. And added some Kaisercraft Patterned paper and some ribbon and lace from my stash.

For this pretty halloween card, I printed an image from the Gecko Galz Digi stamp set Hocus Pocus. I coloured it orange with Stampin' Up! ink and Dylusions ink spray. I then added lace and bling from my stash.

I've used Graphic 45 Steampunk Debutante paper for this card, and then run it through the Big Shot and embossed it using a Tim Holtz Folder. It's hard to see in the photo, but I covered the whole butterfly image with glitter by using Heat and Stick Powder and then Covering it with glitter. It's a really cool effect!

For this ATC I started with a piece of chipboard, I then glued the butterfly image on and then added glitter, pearls and butterflies from my stash. To give a bit more depth I then glazed the whole card with Beeswax.

Please enjoy this free Gecko Galz Collage sheet “Butterflies & Birds”

Now go to the next site and collect the next word plus your next FREE collage sheet.

Asian Delight

Zoe has chosen our next theme at the Craft Room Challenge. And she wants us to go all Asian influence- I was spoilt for choice - as I have heaps of asian style stamps and papers. But I decided to use one of the peacock stamps from our sponsor's Tanda Stamps Art Nouveau set.

I created this little Asian gift box by using a gift bag die- but instead of paper I used some of my old chinese pj fabric :-) I stuck it to some card with the Sissix sticky paper stuff, and then cut as normal- I just love how it's turned out. I then die cut the peacock and leaf in blue glitter paper, added the stamped peacock tag and ribbon, and it's ready for someone special.

I think this might be a popular theme with some of you- and so as always I can't wait to see your Asian Creations. And don't forget you have the chance to win some

Don't forget to check out the other DT creations, they are stunning!

Moonlight Circus Party

It's time for the Moonlight Circus Blog Party! This is my first Blog Party, I've made various Circus Creations for this post:

The Moonlight Circus set up the Big Top in the Forest Glade. The moon shone down on the pretty trapezee girls, the tightrope walker and the clowns. What delicious fun!

The popcorn was popping, the balloons were blue... but where are you?

You, just can't get enough of those pretty girls on the trapezee.

and what about the popcorn and cup cakes?

I Hope you've enjoyed my Moonlight Circus Party post, have a great day everyone and enjoy dancing in the Moonlight. xx

Wedding Favour

As always I've left it to the last minute! Here's my contribution to Unruly paper arts reader Quest Wedding themed but not a card.
I've made this little gift bag or wedding favour. I've inked and dry embossed the background, then added some layers of paper doily, lace glitter, stamped and sponged sentiment.

Lots of ribbon on the handles too, which you can't see well here, the light is not so good today, very rainy and stormy, winter's truly on it's way here in Wellington.
