Forest Friends at Craft Room Challenge

Over at Craft Room Challenge, Amber has chosen the theme of Forest Friends....... I decided to have some fun ;-)

I took an ordinary Unicorn..... and turned it into glitter steampunk unicorn! I had such fun creating him. And as you can see he loves frolicking in his own forest :-)

Its a bit hard to see all his Steampunk clogs and cool stuff cause of the glitter... but its there..

Art Journalling for Craft Room

Cat Time at CRC

Christi's hosting her first theme at Craft Room Challenge and she's chosen Cats!! Now I don't have any cat stamps..... in fact I don't have much cat stuff at all. So once again I've gone digital ... with this cute cat girl!

Then I had a thought - why not turn it hybrid... so he's the digital card printed out and turned into a real card :-) Me thinks there could be a lot of milage in this... so watch this space!

Craft Room Summer garden Challenge

Thanks to everyone who took the opportunity to be inspired by my theme last time over at Craft Room Challenge, there were some great creations :-)

Its hazel's turn to host this fortnight and shed's gone with The Summer Garden..... yeah tricky for me down here in the middle of winter in New Zealand... I've gone digital again....its freezing in my studio ;-) And I've also gone French Garden, with Marie.

Green Craft Room Inspiration

It's my turn again to choose the theme for this fortnights challenge at Craft Room challenge!! For this one I've created an Inspiration Board which is a new thing for me, i had such fun creating this for you all!

Tattoo Art at Craft Room Challenge

I think Zoe has chosen probably one of the best themes ever for Craft Room Challenge- Tattoo Art with the added twist of a hand drawn element!

I can't tell you how excited I was by this theme! I love tattoos, although I don't have one myself, that might be something I might change one day....

Despite being very excited about the theme, this card is actually the 3rd I made until I was happy ;-)

I hand drew and coloured the heart, banner and wings, I then stamped and added transfers to the background and popped the heart on dimensions to give it a bit of lift.
